Brent was born and raised on a ranch in Central South Dakota.  During college he worked for a large farming operation in the summers.  He graduated with an AAS in Marketing/Management/Sales and a BA in Business Administration.
Brent started with Healthy Food Ingredients in 2018.  As the farm sourcing lead, his focus is grower relationship development.  Brent’s portfolio includes organic and conventional wheat, rye, barley, milo/sorghum, and millet.

Dustin was born and raised on a small family farm in SW Wisconsin and currently resides in rural Gays Mills, WI. Dustin has been working in the organic grain industry since 2008, specializing in feed grains, hay and food grade by-products.
Dustin started with Healthy Food Ingredients in 2024 in Procurement/Merchandising with an emphasis on helping growers market both food and feed grade grains.
Dustin’s portfolio includes organic and conventional flax, buckwheat, peas, lentils, dry beans and feed grade grains.
